The Calgary Canada Day Lacrosse Tournament, presented by the NLL’s Calgary Roughnecks, is the longest-running annual box lacrosse tournament in North America.

Canada Day Box Tournament

The Calgary Canada Day Lacrosse Tournament, presented by the NLL’s Calgary Roughnecks, is the longest-running annual box lacrosse tournament in North America.

 

Team Israel is proud to compete this summer in the U-17 and U-15 boys’ divisions, bringing top-tier talent to this historic event.

About the Tournament

Founded in 1977, the Canada Day Tournament began as a Peewee-only competition before expanding to include Bantam teams. By 1981, Novice teams also joined.

Today, it hosts nearly 100 teams from across Canada, the United States, and even international teams from as far as Australia, making it the largest indoor lacrosse tournament in North America.

This Year’s Event

Team Israel will compete in the U-17 and U-15 divisions, representing our nation on an international stage. Beyond the games, players will come together for special team activities and other off-the-floor events throughout the weekend.
