College Session Trips

The Official Pathway to Earn a Place on Israel’s National and Olympic Teams

Our College Session Trips are a two-week experience in Israel that combines National Team evaluations, high-performance training, exploring the country, and growing the game.

High-Performance Training

Held twice a year in Israel during the winter and summer, our College Session Trips are designed for serious Jewish college-aged lacrosse players who want to train at the highest level.

Participants follow an NCAA Division I-style regimen that includes daily high-performance sessions, direct coaching from National Team staff, and formal evaluations for Israel’s National and Olympic Teams at our National Training Center in Ashkelon, the first dedicated lacrosse field in the Middle East.

Explore Israel

Beyond lacrosse, athletes experience Israel firsthand. From historic landmarks and cultural sites to vibrant cities and group experiences, participants connect deeply with the country they represent.

Between training sessions, athletes explore together, build real bonds with teammates, and gain a deeper understanding of Israel’s history and culture.

Grow The Game

Athletes help grow lacrosse across Israel, leading clinics, mentoring youth, and bringing the game to new communities. They also coach, referee, and assist with tournament operations, gaining firsthand experience in developing the sport.

By the end of the trip, athletes leave not only as better players, but as contributors to the future of lacrosse in Israel.
